Our therapists will bring comfort and experience to each treatment. Each therapist is trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, and have other trainings and certifications such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Bowen Technique. You and your therapist will discuss your goals and concerns before your session begins, your intake form will also be helpful in preparing them for your session.

Prenatal Massage

All therapists performing this therapy are trained in caring for the pregnant body. We use a variety of pillows and bolsters, side-lying position past 1st trimester, and elevation of the head of the table while lying on your back to create the most comfortable and safe positioning possible. You and your therapist will discuss your goals and concerns before your session begins.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, heated stones are incorporated into the massage to add a deeper layer of relaxation and to better warm the muscles. This can also be booked as a couples service.

Couples Custom Massage

Share your massage experience with a friend or loved one, while two massage therapists see to your individual needs. The other half of your "couple" can be your significant other, parent/child, or friend. Couples services are performed in a room that is divided by barn doors so you can choose your level of privacy.

Brush and Flush

30-MINUTES: $90.00

This is a combination of 15 minutes of Dry Brushing for the whole body and 15 minutes of Lymph Drainage Therapy for the face and neck. These therapies provide whole body exfoliation, detoxification, decrease in swelling (including bags under eyes), clear sinuses, improved circulation, and increased lymph flow for a healthy immune system.

Fertility Massage

60-minutes: $140.00

Jill Copeland-Henderson is a Certified Fertility Massage Specialist. She uses this training along with her trainings in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reflexology, and Lymph Drainage Therapy to address the multiple body systems involved in fertility. This should only be booked in the window of time after your cycle but before ovulation. Please contact Jill with questions by email. Full Body Scrub and Wrap

60-minutes: $160.00

Using Eminence Organic products, we exfoliate the skin with a scrub, remove it with warm towels, apply a full body masque, and cocoon you up for 10-15 minutes of meditative relaxation. This treatment leaves your skin smooth and well-hydrated. Time for a shower is included in this 60-minutes.

Full Body Scrub

30-Minutes: $90.00

Full body exfoliation using Eminence Organic Skin Care scrub. Can be done alone or as an add-on to other services. Time for a shower is included in this 30-minutes.

Custom Body Wrap

40-Minutes: $110.00

When not combined with the scrub, we will dry brush the skin to prepare it to absorb the Eminence Organic body masque. Can be done alone or as an add-on to other services. Time for a shower is included in this 40-minutes.
