Waxing

Our expertly trained estheticians will ensure you leave Mockingbird Day Spa with skin as smooth as silk.

We use a variety of hard and soft waxes according to the area being waxed and the sensitivities of the client.

IMPORTANT:

  • Waxing cannot be done if you are currently using retinol in the area being waxed, using certain topical or oral acne medications, or taking antibiotics that cause photosensitivity.

  • Waxing cannot be done in conjunction with microdermabrasion or chemical peel on the same body area.

  • For best results, allow hair to grow 1/4 -1/2 of an inch (GRain of rice in length) or 10-15 days without shaving or trimming, but preferably no longer than 1 inch. everyone is DIFFERENT with growth rate.

  • please do not EXFOLIATE the area before service.

  • Bikini area and brazilian waxing is limited to female clients only
