Our Policies

RESERVATIONS

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to receive your preferred date, time and practitioner for your services. 

  • New clients are asked to complete their Intake Form online or arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a brief medical history form. Plan to arrive at least 5-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

  • We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. If you are utilizing a gift certificate, please provide the voucher number in order to hold the appointment time. Neither the credit card nor gift certificate are charged at booking, but they will be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no show.

  • You are invited to arrive prior to your appointment so you can wind down, drink tea, and have time to relax before your service.

  • A parent must accompany and remain present with all minors under the age of 15 when receiving a massage or facial.

 

LATE ARRIval

  • If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on our treatment, or reschedule you for another day with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.


Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations/reschedules made less than 24 hours (48 hours for groups) in advance of the appointment time are subject the full fee of the services booked. We must be firm in our cancellation policy so our staff can be compensated for their time.

  • Exceptions will only be made for sudden illness or emergency.

  • All cancellations will be reviewed on an individual basis by management.

  • We require every appointment be held with a credit card, but that card will not be charged except in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

  • Please consider finding someone to fill your spot. If we are able to fill your appointment time, we will refund the charge that was made.

  • **Rescheduling does not exempt you from late cancel fees.**

  • We hold ourselves to the same policy. We will not cancel your appointment unless your practitioner has a sudden illness or emergency.


MEDICAL
CONDITIONS

  • Please notify our staff before receiving your treatment if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, diabetes, significant allergies, or any medical conditions.

  • Any clients under the care of a doctor for any injury will be required to obtain a doctors permission for treatment. If you are recovering from surgery, we cannot see you until you are 6 weeks out from the surgery and have your doctor's permission. 


Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you are pleased with the Spa services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your therapist in cash, Venmo, or on a credit card.

  • Tips cannot be applied to a SpaFinder or Spa & Wellness gift cards, these cards can be used for products or services only. 


Professionalism

  • Our practitioners are trained and licensed professionals. We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior and intoxication.

  • We will refund items that are unopened, and have no damage to packaging, within 14 days of purchase.

  • If you have an allergic reaction to a product we will gladly refund the item and return it to the manufacturer.
